Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!
Disliked: None.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Liked: Everything about the actual establishment!
Disliked: Creepers at the awesome late night snack shop/drunk refill station (i.e. bar).

Liked: location, room for family of 5 people, top floor
Disliked: The room layout and finishes were not as pictured and were dirty. Carpet cut around a bathroom sink that was in the room and a tiny bathroom! Left over food in pull out bed
