We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!
Disliked: None.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Could have been better. May...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: That Booking.com told me my room was ready before check in time if 3 pm. So I arrived at 2 pm and the hotel stated I would owe $20 for early arrival. Why didn’t booking advise of this? I feel Booking.com owes me $20 for this time

Liked: - polite staff- our king room was big and comfortable - nice bar, very affordable prices - free parking and plenty of space
Disliked: The hotel is quite old and definitely needs some renovations and repainting. $ 200+ is too much for it.The breakfast was also quite poor, plus there was not enough space for everyone to sit since the dining area is so small

The location was great, hotel...

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Very hospitable and made us feel welcome.
Disliked: The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and small. We feel that when staying in a great hotel the bedding is extremely important for comfort. My husband woke up with a kink in his neck from the uncomfortable pillow. Also the breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was cold and fruit had a vinegar taste.
