Liked: The whole facility was very clean. The breakfast is really good. And the beds were very comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Liked: The room was as shown. The shower pressure was not good, water was not hot/hot. But the bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect
Disliked: Ashley was at the front desk, girl is unhappy and had no personality. Was not welcoming basically told me the amount to check in, and she shut back off. The young lady that was at the desk at 5 a.m was way better. The hallway was stained it looked so gross and the pool is murky

Liked: Room has nice layout, spacious, and bed/linens were very comfortable and room was clean. Bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Location of hotel is great, lots of parking and easy on/off from hwy 202.
Disliked: Deadbolt on door was broken. Informed front desk and was told it would be fixed that day. Was not fixed, that day, or at any time during our 4 night stay. Wall next to sink had a metal holder of some sort (probably for a mirror or towel holder), showerhead was right next to the wall, with no adjustability and very low water pressure. Small signs of around the room of poor maintenance. Front desk person at check in was easily flustered by a simple question of whether they had coffee available, said she had only been working there for two days and we had a coffee maker in our room. This is the same person we told about the broken deadbolt that was never fixed. Came back around midnight first day and night desk person was on one of the customer PCs next to the front desk. Never said hi, or even turned her head, as we walked by to the elevator. Lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and lack of responsiveness to customer needs are clear sings of a facility that has poor management. If possible, I would suggest a different hotel, if possible.
