Disliked: There was a hot water issue, so no shower after traveling 12 hours from CASaid it would be fixed by 7am, it wasn’t, we had to leave for the basketball tournament we were in town for, so no showers for our group of 5 until our return at days end.The TV’s were not working that 1st night (6/19/25) either. ( rooms 120 and 324)My room (324) had a stain on the couch, so I called the front desk as I didn’t want to be charged for something I didn’t do, they sent someone right away.He took the cushion out to clean it and there were 3 or 4 small liquor bottles under said cushion. So it obviously hadn’t been cleaned. But there was an envelope to tip housekeeping on the desk

Liked: Location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The sink was backed up, the shower gel was out, very few towels, and the worst was trash in the hallways, elevator, and lobby.

I was fine, but honestly...

Liked: Very clean. The property location was convenient.
Disliked: There was No jacuzzi. When I went to the front desk to check out in person no one was there and two other people were also waiting. We waited for 20 mins and then left because no one ever showed up. Bathtub was too small for my hight.
