What we expected, would stay...

Liked: Excellent breakfast although the hotel was hosting a conference so very buy and staff had a challenge keeping uo with demand for food items!
Disliked: Facility is showing it’s age and would benefit from some renovation!

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms layout was fantastic. Very spacious. The bar and complimentary breakfast was also nice
Disliked: The housekeeping didnt do a good job. They didnt have any rooms available. We couldnt check in until 4:30. There was hair left from the lastl guest in the sink and shower, there was blood on the shower curtain and there was gum stuck in the carpet

Great location

Liked: Staff were friendly, great breakfast. Close to sports complex, dining and shopping. Felt safe.
Disliked: No microwaves in the rooms, no bathtub, pool was closed down. No hot tub.

Disappointed with a Hyatt hotel...

Liked: Good location reasonable breakfast
Disliked: Only cleaned, made beds and delivered fresh towels every other day.

Turned out okay, but not...

Liked: The manager or assistant manager, David, went out of his way to ensure that may needs were met and I was happy - especially after having shared some concerns with my room and the breakfast. I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness of the shower, and he even tried to clean it himself. Ended up getting a different room that was slightly better.
Disliked: Breakfast area is messy if you come later in the a.m. (and not coming out fast enough for all the people who are eating). I'm also not a fan of everyone being able to touch the communal food, utensils, etc - but that’s par for the course when it comes to free hotel breakfast. Didn't like the food that I ordered at night. The front desk staff had to make it - under cooked (rushing maybe) and over salted. Cheap ingredients. The sofa in the room and some surfaces were a little dusty. I thought the shower was dirty, but turns out there are hard stains on the glass.

Liked: The staff was kind and food was good.
Disliked: For over $1000 I would have liked a clean tub. The room was not vacuumed upon arrival. For 2 days our room was skipped, no clean towels and trash left overflowing. We had to go get Clorox wipes when we arrived to clean what looked like blood in the tub.. My son broke out in hives so we asked for new linens. We lost a day of vacation due to his hives and rash. We had to buy slippers for the dirty floors and meds to help calm the hives.
