Not worth the money
Liked: The staff was extremely friendly
Disliked: I was supposed to get checked in at 3. At 4:30 they put me in a room that wasn?t what I booked. Then they moved me a half hour later to a room where the shower had black mildew. I reported it, but nothing was done about it. Then my carpet was sopping wet, once again reported said there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I reminded them the next morning yet nobody came. Finally, they showed up the next day to say it was from the water issue they had from next door. Fortunately I had air freshener because it smelled. Each time I went to the desk they stayed they couldn?t do anything about it since I booked at a third party. Very disappointed since I stayed her to relax.

Liked: Staff was superb! Very helpful.
Disliked: Tub was a little dirty, nothing major.

Liked: The ease of check in, the furniture was very comfortable and the bed was perfect!
Loved the complimentary toiletries, the smell and results on my body and hair!
Disliked: More information at check in about on site amenities.

It was an excellent stay...
Liked: I liked the eggs and potatoes very much. Especially the beverages.
Disliked: There?s nothing I didn?t like.

Liked: The bar and food available on site.
Disliked: The room was great except for the bathroom, a very poor design! To use you needed to squeeze between the toilet and stand on the side of the toilet to close the door! Then you could use the bathroom. The architecture is not user friendly.

Disliked: The receptionists were sweet but hopeless. My brother found a 3 year old boy wandering around his floor at 6 o'clock in the morning who didn't know where his Mummy was and was scared. Nick took him down to reception, and got absolute zero help. He had to stay with the boy for an hour until his Mum woke up and panicked and came down to reception. Even when a new receptionist came on shift she was absolutely NOT helpful. Also, they hadn't a clue where the nearest shops and eating places in the area within walking distance were. They gave us completely misguided information. And they couldn't help us to ring a taxi (we couldn't because the taxi company wouldn't take an order without a US phone number.

Disliked: The housekeeping team was noisy doing their afternoon work.
