Great staff! A little cramped...

Liked: The staff was great! Especially Matt at the front desk.
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: The hotel is very well managed and the staff was outstanding, Erin, Matt, Abigail, and Patrick. They helped us so much, and were always happy and available. Tammy in housekeeping went out of her way to ask if our room was up to standards, and it definitely was.

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice room. Friendly staff. We got into town after traveling for 14 hrs on the road, called the hotel at 4am to see if they had an availability since it was easter weekend and by 5 o clock AM we were in a room and in bed. Super quick and efficient. We woke up easter morning to find eggs around the mail lobby and areas - which i thought was really cool and fun of the staff to do for the guest- definitely brought excitement and a little smile to our littles who found one each. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings. They have a great selection of breakfast options.
Disliked: Parking can be difficult if you get to the property to late. There is also another hotel in the same parking lot- didnt bother us any but if its a holiday weekend- it could be tough.

Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing sausage was burnt, French toast was hard as a rock, strawberry's were soggy.
