Hyatt Place King of Prussia Philadelphia

This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Liked: Big room, pool
Disliked: Sink didn't work, bathroom uncomfortable, hair dryer didn't work, AC was making crazy noise, breakfast little lest than medium.

A nice place to stay.

Liked: Clean and quiet (we always travel with a sound machine to mask hallway and highway noise, though) with nice decor.
Disliked: They need to improve their morning coffee logistics. My husband and I don’t usually eat many breakfast items (maybe a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt), but COFFEE is VERY important to us, and when my husband went down for coffee in the morning, there seemed to be some confusion (on the staff’s part) as to which was decaf and regular. That’s a major infraction for coffee drinkers—we want our caffeine. Other than that, though, it was a nice place to stay. : )

Liked: I wasn’t pleased
Disliked: I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Place locations which is why this was my choice when booking this trip to Philadelphia, however this location was a disappointment to me. The facility wasn’t as clean and up to date as the others that I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff was not as hospitable and my bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The mirror and sink was covered in some kind of residue. I did run into the housekeeping manager in the hallway and she was very considerate and sent someone to right the wrong almost immediately. The room was also outdated and needs a lot of upgrades.

Liked: Very clean. Nice indoor pool.

Liked: It was close to King of Prussia mall.
Disliked: The pictures were deceiving. Of 2 elevators, 1 was broken. The ice machine on our floor was broken. We had to go find shampoo and conditioner as the bottles were empty in the shower. Breakfast was not great either. The coffee was empty except for one that had coffee grounds in it. The toaster was broken.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. They really helped me out at check in. Really nice people
Disliked: The facility could use a fresh coat of paint and a rug clean. A thorough cleaning of the rooms. Wasn't as clean as I would have liked. But it was ok

Liked: Room size great. Shower good. Attentive staff, check-in good.
Disliked: Dirty room! Not dirty from last guest, dirty from old dirt accumulated all around room and bathroom, grimy spots on counter and sink. Under furniture was a calamity.Breakfast all right, lacking more bread variety, bacon only every other day. Old coffee mixed up with new coffee.
