Liked: Been good in the past.
Disliked: Window shade broken, no daylight, maintenance failed to respond. Hot water in shower locked on hot so no showers for us

This is strictly a place...

Liked: Close to the airport. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Part of the room was updated. The shower was old and the room had a musty smell. Could not regulate the temperature so the air conditioning ran all night.

Great stay, excellent price

Liked: Close to airport and free shuttle service to get to the airport. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Shower could have had a hand held shower as well. But it was good

Disliked: This stay was the worst, I always purchase everything with booking because of what you have offered me before but in this stay and in Hyatt Place Tallahassee you Sist offered me what it was in the pictures. As a traveling app you have to be certain of what you offered to the clients, you have to update the photos and not show the old ones as if the were still new and perfect but show the real one as how they are right now. This hotel was really old, the rooms were nasty, when we checked in there were still mess from the last guests, I requested to clean it and nobody came NEVER! In stayed for 3 nights and I calledFront desk everyday for housekeeping and Seqoia which was the person there told me ok and no doy clean the room in our whole stay. This hotel was the worst and I will post that in trip advisor as well. I want my money back from this hotel.
