It was a cozy great...
Liked: The location was the best part—super walkable with 5-10 minutes of so many great restaurants. The 24/7 snack station was great too.
Disliked: The balcony room that we paid extra for had no divider between the two rooms next door— it was a shared balcony for 3 rooms which is not what I expected. No jacuzzi :(

Overall a perfect stay. Everything...
Liked: facility is new and very well maintained. location is good and within walking distance to a few local attractions and cafes. room was cleaned and towels changed every day without having to ask (you'd think this should be basic but unfortunately many hotels don't do that anymore as default)

Bad
Disliked: Windows don’t open, AC is forced off at night, very hard to sleep. Extra 30 for parking, extra 11 for breakfast, on top of very expensive room.

Dissapointing.
Disliked: Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request an early check-in. I never received a response. When I arrived at 2:30 p.m. for the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in, I was told that rooms on the top floor, which I had requested, were no longer available because the hotel had already begun checking guests in earlier due to a booking system upgrade. I was not informed of this change in advance, and despite my prior outreach, I was not given any opportunity to check in early.When I reached my room, I found that the refrigerator was broken and the desk chair was unusable, as it could not be adjusted to a proper height for working. Although maintenance eventually came to fix both issues, the delay disrupted my limited preparation time for the California Bar Exam the following day.I also experienced ongoing noise disturbances from the room directly above me. I contacted the front desk twice and asked that someone address the issue. Despite those efforts, the stomping continued into the evening and night, affecting my ability to rest. I do not know whether any staff actually followed up on my complaints.To make matters worse, after spending ten hours taking the bar exam, I returned to find myself locked out of my room. I was told this was because the hotel needed an updated credit card on file. Rather than notifying me earlier in the day or allowing me to resolve the issue at checkout, I was forced to go back to the front desk, wait in line, and request new keys. This was an unnecessary burden at an extremely inopportune time.
