Disliked: - Noisy room (extremely loud venting sound from inside and outside the room)- Dirty pool- hotel dining: we ordered 2 pizzas for 27CA$. We received 2 tasteless pizzas, smaller than a dish- Breakfast menu is poor in variety. We had to stand up for 20’ to find a place to sit. You can stay in the buffet queue for about 10’ to reach it. They were out of BREAD!!!!Upon checkout, I have complained to the lady at the desk, she offered me FREE COFFEE !! Good luck !!

Liked: Before checking in, the staff from the Hotel asks if there is any special occasion for this stay. I briefly told the staff that it is to celebrate one of my son's birthday, then they gave my son a complimentary dessert with a nice birthday card. This is really a bonus! Thanks for their thoughtfulness! Besides, the room fulfils our requirement as we have a family of five. The two queen beds are spacious and the sofa bed is big enough for one of my children to use.

Liked: I appreciate the attention to reduction of waste, so even on a very busy weekend, still provided real cutlery and plates (not paper or plastic) at breakfast. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable. unfortunately we did not have time to use any of the other facilities. It is our second time staying here and would definitely consider it again.
Disliked: The location is not great if your intention is to be near many of the Ottawa attractions or you hope to avoid using your car that much. For our trip, it was to visit with family, so this was not a consideration for us and appreciated having the easy parking.
