Disliked: Terrible behavior from the reception staff,constant lies and rude attitude,they charge my international card at 3.54 am whithout my knowledge and approval...after they inform me that I need to pay during the checkout at noon...still waiting for my deposit to return....STAY AWAY

Liked: food choice in lobby and breakfast - healthier than other similar hotels.
Disliked: breakfast could start earlier, or atleast just earlier fresh coffee

A wonderful over night stay

Liked: Hotel is 5 mins. to the Equestrian Park.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft but still had a good night sleep.

Not a good stay due...

Liked: The bed is comfort. The good bar is just next door.
Disliked: The air condition/heater in the room was malfunction on the first day. The machine was very noisy. The technician have tried to fixed it for almost half an hour, but the noise was persisted. The hotel reception could not do anything since it was fully booked. There was no compensation or other help, just a recommendation to turn off the machine. The technician brought me a fan after my request. It’s a terrible night. I kept waking up almost every hour.I changed rooms the next day, but not because the hotel arranged it promptly—rather, because I had to insist on changing rooms. The air conditioner was still noisy, even though the hotel had informed me it had been fixed. What was disappointing was the communication between the hotel staff, as I had to explain the issue in detail all over again each time

Liked: staff are very friendly and helpful, lots of variety to choose from for the breakfast and the menu would be different every morning. Super.

Amazing sleep!

Liked: The room was clean, breakfast was a buffet, and we could choose our own food, which is great for our 2 year old. The pool was a nice depth and temperature. The food from the restaurant was amazing! The hallways were nice and quiet. They also went above and beyond to ensure the guests were comfortable during their stay, which is a first-time experience for us.
