Disliked: The Front Desk treated us with disrespect and the arrogance was unacceptable. She canceled our stay because my husband called her out for her rude behavior. I’m waiting to hear from management about a resolution as we were stressed out looking for another place to stay at 1:30am after a long day at Magic Kingdom. Never expected to run into this unacceptable treatment.

Disliked: You shouldn´t advertise free breakfasts and the fact that you have posters in your elevators claiming that you have a "curated selection of products" for breakfast is insulting when comparing with what you get. It´s understandable that you clean the rooms every other day but the maid HAS TO GO EVERY OTHER DAY! I had to make my bed every single day but one and I had to get the towels, the coffee, the mugs, the soap and basically everything by myself at the front desk or even requesting people in the corridors suposedly house keeping another rooms. Mine wasn´t taken care of. The experience is terrible and I cannot understand how HYATT puts its name on this property.

Small vacation

Liked: I was looking for a single bed room, there was only a double queen available so very limited on single bedrooms. I was given a minor discount, which I was happy with. However, if you’re trying to have a better overall customer satisfaction, you should offer the single room rate, even though you only have the other one available.

Good stay for the price.

Liked: Location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious room.
Disliked: Noisy in most areas of the hotel.
