I love the staffs here.

Liked: The staffs were all friendly, professional, and serving the customers with respect. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
Disliked: My room was located right next to the elevator, which was noisy at times for a light sleeper like me.

Disliked: There was one staff member Cayley that just simply lacked customer service, specifically in the arena of listening.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking
