Hyatt Place Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga

As a bonus we met a member of a band we were going to see who was also staying at the hotel. Awesome!

Liked: Our room was very nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable too so we slept well. Priced very reasonably!

Old property that’s not worth...

Liked: Comfortable bed. Good location. Free breakfast.
Disliked: Old and grungy. Inadequate housekeeping—they came whenever they feel like and didn’t really do a great job. Breakfast food could be better—the scrambled eggs tasted so fake, jello like.

Don’t waste your money&stay here!!!!

Disliked: The hotel has gone completely down. The staff was the worst. Only smile was from the morning cook and one guest. The whole hotel smelled like mildew. The clock was not set(very minor). Allowing homeless people to come in and sit. I don’t have any problem with homeless people and yes they need somewhere comfortable to stay. But… this was my very last time staying here. We have been a long time guest(since it has opened). The staff is the worst. Working in a hotel with the name, Hyatt they should have a better attitude and completely groomed. The lobby smells like weed. If you are looking for a place to stay, please not here. There are so many other hotels in the area that are nice, safe, clean and definitely welcoming.

Disliked: Well, I've been staying at this hotel for years. I like it. The area is quiet. The reception staff is attentive, and the breakfast is good. There are only two things that occurred to me this time:1. I think the armchairs in the room need to be cleaned and repaired if they're broken. (They didn't smell good and the armchairs were broken and very stained.)2. I heard the cleaning staff say that guests are abusive when asking for cleaning or towels. I don't understand why because I'm generalizing all guests, and I don't think we're all like that. In fact, every time I come here, I take out my trash and leave the room as tidy as I can. I think they should pay attention to these important details because, after all, we pay the rate charged, and above all, we want to continue staying here. It's a good place.Just these little details. Thank you.It was uncomfortable to wash your hands and the sink would fill with water, until little by little the water would go away
