Hyatt Place Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga

As a bonus we met a member of a band we were going to see who was also staying at the hotel. Awesome!

Liked: Our room was very nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable too so we slept well. Priced very reasonably!

Disliked: The couch was all ripped and stained In my room, my parents room it was all stained, and I’m my sister her sheets were not changed in the pull out it had hair and stained

Disliked: Not a very big selection for the complimentary breakfast.

Wonderful and would return!

Liked: Breakfast was more than helpful and wonderful staff all day long. Had to special request extra towels due to our family size but we truly enjoyed our stay. Our HOA was fumigating and we didn't have a choice but to find somewhere for our family and our pet. The Hyatt took us in and made us feel welcome, including our fur baby. I still had to work but was able to work on the clean, welcoming, and decently quiet lobby alongside some other remote workers. Housekeeping worked with us very well around my 2yr olds nap time too.
Disliked: It was quite inconvenient that there were only two luggage trolleys and some guests held onto them overnight. Had to wait or hunt them down. The desk lamp inside the room had no bulb and housekeeping wasn't sure if they had the special bulbs in stock. So, had to do without it while working in the evening. The couch could use some fixing and fabric cleaning to try and rid old stains.
