Disliked: The room we were in was right next to the elevator, all night long every few minutes the room would shake, and we could hear the elevator go up and down, plus hearing the door open and close. After a long drive to get there and an even longer one the next day, not sleeping well was not appreciated. Everything else about hotel and staff was fine.

Liked: nice location, very clean , breakfast was great both days.
Disliked: refrigerator wasn’t cooling and food spoiled, I was also charged 31.00 for valet on my last day which I paid for my whole stay when I arrived so I should not have been charged when I left at 10am

Liked: The room was spacious and hotel overall in good condition.
Disliked: While I liked the property, overall, there are a couple of notable shortcomings. This is not a budget hotel so it is irksome to see corners cut that really make for a negative impression. For example, the size of the coffee cups in the lobby were so small that they could hold only a few sips of coffee. And the coffee itself was a very poor quality. It should be taught as a principle of business 101 that if you don’t want to make a bad impression on a hotel customer, make sure that there is decent coffee available. It’s as basic as having towels in the bathroom! And speaking of towels in the bathroom, on our second day in the hotel, I stepped out of the shower, to find that our towels from the previous day had been removed by the cleaning staff and not replaced. When I called down to the lobby to request towels, they told me that I was welcome to come down and get some. What the heck were they thinking? One last thing, and this is a major criticism, the breakfast was pathetic. The only things that were more rubbery than the French toast were the plastic utensils to cut it with. I would’ve had more success cutting the French toast with a ballpoint pen than with a knife and fork in the dining area. Please do not think that customers are fooled into thinking that breakfast and coffee are free amenities. They are built into the price of the rooms, and the price of the rooms is such that a higher quality in these amenities is expected.
