Below expectations for the brand

Liked: The location
Disliked: I paid for a king, got a queen with no compensation. The pool was not available-a main reason we picked the hotel. The shower had black mold in the corners. The breakfast was not what we’ve experienced with other Hyatts. And to top it off we had to pay for parking overnight.

Overall great stay, bad/expensive parking...

Liked: Nice, comfortable, suite-like room. Good lounge area, both inside and out. Very good location.
Disliked: Didn't know in advance, that the pool and gym were closed for renovation. Knowing that in advance would have been nice. PARKING situation is pretty annoying: upon arrival, told that the only good option for parking is over $35 per day, and is a separate company, so the hotel washes its hands of the problem. Egregious, and annoying. Worse, upon arrival I was told that (at least) that rate would get in and out priveleges for 24 hours. 15 hours later upon bringing the car bag, and wanting to park it for less than an hour, I was told "no, that resets every day around 2pm". Very annoying, and egregious.

Liked: room is clean and sufficient space.
Disliked: breakfast spread should have been little more

Liked: Location was good. Walkable to food and drink. Felt new and clean
Disliked: A little “basic”

Liked: This is a good hotel in a great location in Bricktown. Clean and comfortable. Gym was closed for refurbishment so they arranged free use of the gym in the hire next door. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The only way to park at the hotel is via a valet service which is very expensive (the car park is directly opposite the hotel, so there is no need for a valet service).

Pleasant

Disliked: Breakfast choices were limited. Still waiting for the charge for incidentals to be refunded to my account.
