Very good

Liked: Clean and cost effective
Disliked: $29 to park my own car or $32 for valet......

Bad

Liked: The lobby was nice and clean. The guy at the desk was friendly.
Disliked: When we went to check in, they didn't honor our Booking.com reservation and tried to charge us the full amount of a 3 night stay at their rates ($500), even though we had paid for our rooms 5 days prior through Booking.com. The man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do and we had to pay at the desk before we could stay there. I tried showing him my confirmed payment on my Booking app and he wouldn't look at it, just kept saying there was nothing he could do. We ended up staying at the Wyndham across town without a single issue. I've called them for 4 days in a row trying to get them to cancel my booking so I could get a refund. The people I've been speaking with at the front desk didn't seem to understand the issue and weren't cooperative with booking.com or my requests to speak with a manager. Now after 6 days of trying to get our issue resolved to get a refund, it has finally worked and John at Booking.com customer service was persistent enough to get a manager on the phone and got my issue resolved. I probably won't try to stay here again unless I book directly through the Hyatt website.

Fair stay

Liked: Not universal. Pork every day just for one set of people. No porking people paid but no value for money. Not fair.
Disliked: My bedding were not changed everyday. It was just redressed and left like that. The table chair was too low for use. Bad ergonomically.

Liked: Nice clean hotel and good location to bricktown ballpark.
Disliked: That we had to pay for parking was told it was $29 but got charged $33 and getting charged for breakfast. No washcloths in the room.
