Rough first night but staff...

Liked: Awesome location and when they got us our actually ocean front room it was amazing.
Disliked: Overbooked and did not have our room we booked two months in advanced on our first night. Forced us to cross the street everytime we wanted to do something with our little kid.

Adequate for a short, no...

Liked: The view was wonderful and conveniently located. Room was simple and adequate. Fridge had good space for beach drinks and juice boxes. Water pressure in shower was surprisingly good. Staff was lovely, especially front desk.
Disliked: Bathroom door lock was broken.Parking was very inconvenient.For the price I would expect breakfast included, even something basic. Pool was much smaller than I would expect and not very clean.We couldn't find the microwave on our floor even though it said it was on our floor and the maps were no help. The hotel isn't that big - it was crazy.

Liked: On boardwalk. We had our bikes and biked the boardwalk each morning. Also, liked parking under a roof.
Disliked: King mattress was a bit uncomfortable.Hyatt tried to change us again for parking, which was already included in our total from booking.com. After I showed Hyatt my booking.com receipt, Hyatt refunded the extra parking charge.

Misleading

Liked: Nice clean and comfortable hotel and room
Disliked: I paid for an oceanfront view it was labeled oceanfront and I still received a view of a building outside of my balcony. It was false advertisement and I should not have paid for that room at that rate if it wasnt what I was getting.
