The accommodations were just ok,...

Liked: The location is great, outside and lobby areas look modern and clean. Spacious room, staff was helpful and the shower was hot and powerful. Bathroom was updated partially. Complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: The interior of the hotel where the rooms are is dated, furniture in room is worn, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The grout in the shower was dirty and the shower drain needed to be properly repaired instead they had a not so nice patch job done. Also parking is very limited, had to search for parking.

Our stay was good and...

Liked: Customer service was accommodating to my family's snd my personal needs.
Disliked: No heat in my room although I was offered a different room. I chose not to take a different room because that meant going to a different floor. However, I was given extra blankets and a heater which worked well for out comfort.

Liked: Beautiful ocean front rooms.
Disliked: Parking is tight and tough to find a spot.

Disliked: Just wish price was cheaper during in season visits

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and location is perfect. The size of the room was unexpected. Bigger than I thought it would be.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
