We would stay here again!

Liked: Location, staff, room size
Disliked: Room could have been a little Cleaner but overall was good

Disappointing

Disliked: My granddaughter washed her hair, used the conditioner in the shower and it was thin yellow and wreaked of urine. I let a supervisor know, she had house keeping come change it out after they both smelled it. They agreed it was awful and not the normal conditioner. They were waiting for a manager to investigate. We didn't hear a thing from management. We needed to check out and continue with vacation. My granddaughter is forever creeped out about hotel product. It was quite disgusting. The more I think about it the more upset I am for her. So unexceptable for a Hyatt.

Highly recommend this hotel while...

Liked: The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable. The proximity to Niagara State Park made it seamless to go from hotel to sightseeing.
Disliked: Not the property’s fault, but the parking garage across the street used for hotel guests is literally crumbling and filthy.

Liked: Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Walkable to Niagara Falls. Rooftop access to see fireworks.
Disliked: Some of the facilities are outdated.
