Liked: Location was great. 3mins walk to state park and niagara falls. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Disliked: Location as given on the app was wrong. It was not overlooking the river as shown in the pics of the room category. The room decor was pathetic. The room was smelly. The carpet was stained and worn out. The bed linen was not fresh. The housekeeping of the room was not done even after putting in a request. After a second request the staff came to only make the bed, clear the trash and change the towels. No cleaning was undertaken. I would not recommend the property to anyone.
