No hot water

Disliked: The was no hot water for the entire evening through our stay. It was fixed at 8am -after we'd checked out. They said they couldn't refund our money because it was booked through Booking.com and that I'd need to make my complaint through your company.

Liked: The location is perfect. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had no hot water for most of our stay. For a new building, this was unexpected and very inconvenient.
