Disliked: Disabled vet on 6 floor originally long hallways

Liked: The area is nice.

Place is hyatt in name...

Liked: location is good, 30 minutes from jfk. Plenty of resturants around.
Disliked: double charged, 299 by hyatt and 299 authorization adjustment, stayed in room 403, there is a hole in the floor between bed and make shift closet. My wife tripped over it. There was used soap in shower. Breakfast was not hyatt quality at all. No breakfast sandwiches, biscuit and gravy, only pastries were stale plain donut holes, only skim and oat milk for cereal, eggs not edible, potatoes and bacon were fine, not hyatt quality. Blanket was dirty, requested a new one, took over an hour and the lady who delivered it was a smartass and asked if we wanted another one. Same lady worked reception so maybe they were missing staff. We love hyatt, we have stayed at 17 of them, this one is hyatt in name only. Really dissappointed, location is great but this place shouldnt be hyatt. Ac works but turn it on and there is a bent fan blade, its loud, you cant sleep with it on. This is the only hyatt we have stayed at that we were not happy with. Maybe we got a bad room, and maybe they had staff call out or something, but this was not a hyatt in anyway other than the name. Also when we booked they had a pool listed as an amenity, we did receive an email that they closed it.

Disliked: The hotel said they could not give me an invoice. They said I had to get it from Booking.com. This is an aggravation. I have written now to Booking.com asking for an invoice for this stay, and am awaiting same.

definitely served the purpose of...

Liked: convenient location. standard facilities and sometimes friendly. . Room was clean and comfortable. Busy hotel, and staff helpful but nothing exceptional

An OK place near convenient...

Liked: Breakfast, spacious room, location
Disliked: Check in process was unorganized, not a good value (expensive for a standard experience), pets are allowed, which is fine, but rules not enforced, so barking dog woke us up every morning. Elevator was busy and lagging, need more elevators to service the place. Room was not cleaned up after we asked for housekeeping services.
