The rooms were clean and spacious; everyone was polite; the complimentary breakfast was delicious; I will be back next year.

Exceptional Service.
Liked: Staff was extremely helpful. I stayed at the hotel for the 2025 TSA National conference, and the staff was very helpful in assisting throughout. Two front desk employees helped me color print about 30 pages free of charge since the hotel printer at the tech center was not working. They were extremely patient and helpful. Additionally, the employee who ran the shuttle service to the main Gaylord resort did not operate on a regular schedule, but simply drove us anytime we needed. Finally, the front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with tape, scissors and other resources to help modify the packaging for my TSA project so I could fly with it and having it reach home in one piece.Otherwise, the room was very large and comfortable. Would have liked more places to hang items.Breakfast was basic, nothing special.
Disliked: There was some confusion in the booking, we wanted to make a modification based on the number of people from my family who would be going, and it took some unnecessary time and energy to sort that out.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff were very nice!
Disliked: Bathroom inside my room was rather small. I had to step in the shower or next to the toilet to shut the door. No bacon, sausage, orange juice or apple juice for breakfast which was odd.

Disappointing
Liked: The location and the breakfast were the best two things about the hotel.
Disliked: Our air conditioner didn't work, our room was small, no microwave, the staff members who checked us in was rude because we interrupted her break. She put an extra hold on my card for another purchase of a room when my room was already paid in full. Upon check out I was charged 17.00 for not returning a room key.
