Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland

The rooms were clean and spacious; everyone was polite; the complimentary breakfast was delicious; I will be back next year.

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Disliked: Cost of parking, late with breakfast and no oats or yogurt and the milk was spoiled. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7 but not much was out until 8.

Terrible and when discussing with...

Liked: Location to our conference was wonderful! The price would not have been bad had we got the services and accommodations you would expect from a Hyatt.
Disliked: Elevator was nasty, the pool was dirty, blood stain on the bedding and when I asked for them to be changed, I was told I needed to do so myself. Did not receive a duvet (only the sheets) and when I inquired about this, I was told housekeeping was not on staff and they didn't know where to locate said items. However, after asking for this on the second day, they were able to provide, miraculously. Staff was very rude and condescending. When I finally got in touch with asst. manager he did nothing to clear up the matter, stating his hands were tied because I booked through a third party (Booking)instead of through them.

STAND -UP SHOWER STOOD ME...

Liked: The availability & friendliness of staff, the ease of locating everything needed… Excellent location , accessible to multiple transportation providers, great staff sharing info regarding tourist sites, travel times,etc
Disliked: I didn’t know that most of this hotel is walk-in showers in rooms; instead of bathtub/ shower combined

Liked: The friendly staff and clean rooms.
Disliked: The street you turn onto is not very well marked. We missed it a couple of times but then found it.
