Very good

Liked: The cleanliness and the softness of the beds were exceptional. I enjoyed a very comfortable king room that also featured a cozy lounge area.
Disliked: The bar wasn't open, but the continental breakfast and coffee were surprisingly good.

Liked: I liked everything about my stay. The location was very easy to find and it was easy to park. The room was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. There were plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and clean bedding. The room was well appointed and well lit. Given the opportunity, I would happily stay there again.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Liked: Not far from the freeway. Nice, quiet location. Even though the hotel was full, everything was very nice. The breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The pullout couch had a horrible smell. We had booked this hotel because of the extra space since we have three children. I notified the hotel in the morning & they were kind. They apologized and said they would make sure it was better.

Disliked: The coffee was not good at all.

Clean & convenient but I...

Liked: Very clean & quiet. Great location & convenient to Cool Springs
Disliked: There is NOT a restaurant as advertised or a bar. The only convenience snacks at the front desk was bottled water & granola bars. Nothing like what was shown in the picture. The breakfast buffet was mainly yogurt & cereals & the toaster was out of order. Very very misleading.

Never again

Liked: The front staff gentleman was super nice and kind.
Disliked: The bug on my pillow. First time for that. The hole in the wall to the outside covered with tape that fell off?? Like that stops mice? Ugh. The constant drip all night from the air conditioner.
