The rooms were clean and spacious; everyone was polite; the complimentary breakfast was delicious; I will be back next year.
Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Liked: I love the customer service rep Dee Dee. She really made our experience tolerate. Lobby was not clean because she had to work the front desk.
Disliked: The smell, dated, it didn’t look like the pictures, there was gnat flying around, the restrooms were very small. There was paint chips, coming off the doors and wall. The elevator was filthy with debris and dusty items.

Surprising charges
Disliked: I was charged a contingency fee $50 for each of the 2 rooms I booked. I expect to get this back but I have never been charged a contingency fee during past stays at other hotels. There was also a sign at front desk that said parking was $8.99 a day which should have been included in the charges shown at booking.com.

Overbooked
Liked: Arriving Friday night, I was told that they had overbooked. Therefore we were moved to the Hampton right beside and a free nights stay. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic. However I did NOT recieve the night free. The stay at Hampton was great though.
