Liked: Got locked inside room. The room wasn’t what was presented on the website I booked on.
Disliked: The food sucked. Getting locked inside room and the hotel was cheaper when I got there per night than my reservation. Getting locked in room.

Disliked: No hot water in our room. and No rooms with double beds left. Moved us to two separate rooms and charged extra. I'm still trying to sort out the pricing issue.

FORCED TO CANCEL BY HYATT...

Disliked: When we arrived we were notified that the elevator would not be working until 7 pm. This was planned remodeling which we should have been notified in advance. We had to find other accomodations at the last minute which was definitely not appreciated.
