Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel there was no record of a reservation made by booking. Fortunately the manager was great and got us a room at another Hyatt. I will never use booking again.

Perfect stay

Liked: Everything! Friendly helpful staff, everything was the clean, the room was really nice especially for the price. Location was perfect for what we were there for.
Disliked: Night staff canceled my booking by mistake but luckily we're able to resolve when we arrived.
