Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown

The hotel overall is great but the night-time staff was very rude and they shut off the water and did not mention it to us before we booked a room that there wouldn't be any water.

Liked: Hotel itself was nice. Would've been nice before paying $300 for a hotel room to know that our water was going to be off the majority of the night before we even booked.
Disliked: The daytime staff is awesome; went to go get my keys from the valet later at night and the staff refused to give me my car keys saying that the valet had called off work and that there was nothing I could do to get my car keys, so after waiting 30 minutes and then lying to me about him not being there he finally showed up and unlocked the box to give me my keys. Also, like I mentioned in my last comment we had no water the whole evening and after going to a concert it would have been nice to know that we weren't going to have any water.

My fiance and I had a one night stay at the Hyatt and enjoyed the entirety of our stay. The room was beautiful, as was the view. It had a feel like no one had ever even stayed in the room. The only thing I could possibly even mention in a negative way was the breakfast wasn't quite as good as I had anticipated from reviews, but it was miles ahead of others.

Liked: One of the cleanest hotels I've ever set foot in.
Disliked: Not enough vegetarian options for breakfast. Where were the potatoes?

It was absolutely the best...

Liked: It was so nice and clean. It was so close to downtown and everything that we needed to get to. The breakfast was great really loved all the choices. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent, so nice and cheerful. The valet person, Scott was such a pleasant person to talk with when we were leaving. He made sure to ask how our stay was and if we enjoyed our stay, very nice and I could tell he really cared about how we felt. I will definitely stay again in the future!!

Great location to Nissan Stadium.

Liked: Location was great for getting to Nissan Stadium. It was an easy walk to this location. Had a few restaurant choices on the way. Parking was a little tight, if you have a large vehicle. Glad there was on site parking.
Disliked: The common areas of the hotel are not air-conditioned. It was a little warm and humid when you stepped outside your room. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great parents getaway

Liked: It was in walking distance to Broadway. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They provided everything you needed in the bathroom.
Disliked: You did have to pay additional for parking on top of the hotel room however they did have onsite parking.
