We had a great experience at the Hyatt, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The HDTV was a really nice treat. Overall we had a great time here and in Nashville!

Disappointed in Hyatt
Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: Coffee…powdered creamer…really? No one to help with my baggage leaving.

Superb
Liked: The shower. The mattress. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Free shuttle.
Disliked: The shuttle needs prebooking which we had not realised in the wording. But the staff were able to sort this quickly. Thank you.

Customer service was disappointing, tainting...
Liked: I liked the size of the room, the proximity to the airport, and the outdoor areas for the dogs to use the bathroom.
Disliked: The shuttle service was unreliable and ultimately made choosing the Hyatt Place a poor choice over the Hilton BNA. The room smelled like weed, maybe vape.

Decent hotel l probably would...
Liked: Location was great. Close to surrounding areas.
Disliked: The bed was kind of hard, spoiled a couch and carpet. It had dinner display on the elevator and QR code on the nightstand. But none was served. Breakfast was decent , it stated bacon, but it actually was bacon bits.

Bad
Liked: I loved the big comfy bed. I liked the location and the staff was very nice. I did not get a change to catch breakfast because I was super busy.
Disliked: There was a storm while I was there and there was a power outage. We were without power for over 3 hours and we were staying on the 4th floor. The other hotels around us had power but we did not.
