Liked: Breakfast was a huge plus.Nice fresh selection.
Disliked: Wish they cleaned/vacuumed the floors in the room. we were there for 4 nights and went to the beach. It could have used it.

Liked: Hyatt Place Mystic is immaculately clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff members are welcoming and helpful. The pool is in a nice setting and is very clean.

I would stay here again!...

Liked: The staff were very nice. They made the trip better. They were very friendly. It’s close to the aquarium and the shops which was nice, too. A short drive to downtown Mystic where you’d find more shops and the drawbridge.
Disliked: Door to our room kept getting stuck and bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Liked: Very clean loved it, we were super comfortable , front desk staff were wonderful. Will be back!
Disliked: Nothing!
