Liked: Clean, friendly staff, excellent location

We would definitely stay there...

Liked: Our room was perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the amount of space in the room- counter space, the “living room “area, it was great. The staff was very welcoming and informative. The grounds and the pool were very well maintained with beautiful flowers. The location was perfect for visiting area attractions.
Disliked: We loved it.

Never again for the price.

Disliked: I had to pay over $450 to stay one night, a Saturday. This was only about $50 cheaper than staying at Mohegan. Walked in, small entrance with front desk within the breakfast serving area. Basic king room but awkward setup. Bathroom so tiny you have to stand behind the toilet in order to close the door. Got in the shower, large clump of dried hair on the wall which means housekeeping doesn't clean the walls. There was a black hair on one pillowcase so then I wondered if that was clean vs just housekeeper hair. Didn't end up eating the breakfast but they wouldn't give refund for that portion of the bill. For the price I had to pay, I was stunned with how poor this hotel was. I'll pay the extra $50 and stay at Mohegan instead

Liked: We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent.
Disliked: The breakfast area was a bit small.

Clean and convenient hotel with...

Liked: The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Unfortunately when we arrived at 5pm to check in, the room was not ready, although check in time is 4pm. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and did her best to stall while we waited for the room to get cleaned. She even allowed us to pick a complementary snack and beverage while we waited.

Exceptional

We will definitely be back!

Liked: It was central to everything we needed, and the Old Mystick Village was a few minutes away and it was absolutely adorable.

Excellent location, otherwise typical tourist...

Liked: Staff was very helpful. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The noise level was unpleasant. Facilities could have used an upgrade. Paper products ran out and the security latch on the door was broken.
