My family and I stayed...
Liked: The breakfast was wonderful every morning, the pool was clean and kept up with, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, it was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Liked: Very clean room with comfortable bed and very nice cotton linens. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very accommodating. I had booked a room for 3 people and although sofa bed was made up, a quilt/blanket was missing and it was too cold to sleep without one. I asked for one and It was immediately rectified with no hassle and I appreciated that.

Liked: Everything in the hotel was nice and clean and the room was very spacious. The beds is nice and comfortable with the pullout sofa also sleeps well. I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had a great selection of food and drinks.
Disliked: I liked everything nothing was disliked.

Almost perfect!
Liked: Very clean, housekeeping was wonderful. Plenty of hot water. Loved how there was a safe in the room. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of food despite the crowd. Very quiet at night, no disruptions.
Disliked: Our TV's LaunchPad was not working, so we asked the front desk if someone could come up and take a look at it. They said they would, but after an hour, no one came up. We went back downstairs to ask again and they said that our cords were the reason our devices weren't connecting to the TV, even though we tried to tell them that the actual LaunchPad service was not working. No one ever came to the room to look at it.This was the only inconvenience the entire trip, so it isn't worth a reduction in rating.
