Great hotel near the Village...

Liked: The hotel has been fully renovated and offers spacious rooms with a higher standard of finish compared to other Hyatts I've stayed at in recent months. The view of Montreal from the upper floors is stunning, both day and night, and there's no need to close the curtains at night. The gym and pool are also standout features of this hotel.
Disliked: Aside from the presence of many homeless people in the area, which is beyond the hotel's control, there was nothing I disliked about my stay at this hotel in Montreal.

Great location, good breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and had a wide spread. The only concern was they stopped the refilling breakfast items 30 min before the closure time.

Disliked: parking, parking lot got filled quickly and we had a bigger vehicle.

This is a delightful hotel...

Liked: This hotel is centrally located near Old Montreal, the waterfront, Gay Village and downtown. It's in excellent condition and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured a variety of items and was of good quality. Parking was also very easily at a competitive daily rate. This is an excellent place to stay!
Disliked: We thought that the coffee at breakfast was not so good, however that could be easily remedied by going into the Starbucks that was inside the lobby. There are also a number of homeless people nearby. Other than that, there were no other complaints
