My bf and I needed to find a hotel to pick up a fundraiser overnight and we thought having a pool, continental breakfast and a late night menu covered all of our basis. Upon arrival the pool was closed for our entire stay. We asked what time the late night menu and bar was open till and they told us 12 am. Upon arrival back to the hotel they said they sold out of food and we were unable to grab food at the bar. Just left us no dinner so we grabbed a package of $3.75.

Liked: The hotel room and shower.
Disliked: Communication problem - solving breakfast pool and bar.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, and next time we go to Mohegan Sun we will definitely stay again.

Liked: Room was beautiful; shuttle to Mohegan Sun was right on time.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was OK but a bit disorganized.

They were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. No complaints here :)

Unexpected charges in credit card

Disliked: They charged to our credit card more than double of the price of the room, and that amount is not released when we leave. It takes an unknown number of days, apparently.

Disliked: I am an entertainer and after working I would like to come to my room and heat up my food. Although you have a refrigerator in the room,It was an inconvenience to go down to the lobby to heat up my food.
