Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

Liked: Location and amenities in order of importance to me: free wifi, free hot breakfast, great location (central to everything), helpful staff, and clean rooms (actually that would be most important).
Disliked: Elevator was broken but was repaired quickly.

Very nice room; nicely set up and comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful. It was an awesome experience one that my husband and I would do all over again, thank you!

Liked: The room was larger than expected, Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfy. The rate was great.
Disliked: There wasn't a microwave in either room.

Disliked: It could use an update. Curtains needed cleaning. Furniture had stains. Bed were good.

Good Stay with reseanable price

Liked: Clean , good Location for leisure activities. Mall close by with wide range of Theater Screens. Good value for a clean , spacious King size room with Sofa Bed. Quiet room: I didn’t hear any noises from neighbors. Large size Walk-in Shower. The wash sink is located outside of bathroom with abundance counter space, Very nicely set-up.
Disliked: The bathroom is very small.

Bad

Disliked: You shouldn't sell our rooms to other visitors when you have booked out the hotel for soccer tournament weekends. I was visiting due to my grandmother being put in hospice at the Eden Prairie Senior Living Center and came back to children run up and down the halls all night trying to open other guests doors. It was very loud and chaotic. Breakfast foods were unavailable and the coffee was nothing more then brown water

Liked: The staff were friendly. Especially Kyle on the afternoon shift. The room cleanliness was very good.
Disliked: I woud like to see more electrical outlets in the room. The desk chair was broken and leaning back.
