Never stayed- told "no person...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: My husband booked this hotel after our first hotel closed without telling us. After giving his credit card information, we lost connection. I immediately called the front desk and said my husband just made a reservation and gave the front desk person his name. I was immediately informed that there was nobody with that name with a reservation. So we drove all the way back home and next day, our card got charge. Very unprofessional. Feel like we've been lied too.
