Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport

Booked a king size bed but got a queen size. Nobody mentioned this at check-in. When I inquired why this happened I was just told I get whatever is clean first! I asked if the price should get adjusted and then was told kings are the same price as queens - doesn't make sense! Nobody was friendly and the Starbucks in the lobby had a hard time just making a cafe mocha!

Liked: Location is very convenient, only 5min from the airport and it has a 24/7 on demand shuttle service. The staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The facility is very very outdated, carpet, furniture, bathrooms are all very worn out. The linens are cheap and pilled, even the pillows are like half stuffed with shredded paper. The AC unit in our room was very dusty and loud. We only got 3 hours of sleep at night because of the AC and the awful linen. Our throat got itchy as soon as we got in the room (like allergy due to dust). It is almost double the price as other hotels in the area. Definitely not good value staying here.
