Booked a king size bed but got a queen size. Nobody mentioned this at check-in. When I inquired why this happened I was just told I get whatever is clean first! I asked if the price should get adjusted and then was told kings are the same price as queens - doesn't make sense! Nobody was friendly and the Starbucks in the lobby had a hard time just making a cafe mocha!

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Did NOT get the King sized bed I booked.

It was worth the price,...

Liked: Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to help us when we had to book a room at last minute due to our flight being canceled. They even shuttled us somewhere to get dinner.
Disliked: Room was not as quiet as would have liked. We could hear the person above us walking. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely.
Disliked: My AC was not working and the room was hot. I had to call for assistance. The assistant fixed it. The quality of food in general and the room where the food was displayed was okay. I ordered a burger off the in house menu after it was recommended. The burger was overcooked and the fries came out lukewarm.

Tremendous Man Trip with my...

Liked: We came for the Bucks/Pacers NBA playoff game. They allowed us to check in early to drop off our luggage I had 2 teenage boys with me. They loved the pool, breakfast buffet,beds, and our suite. It was top notch

It's alright.not amazing for the...

Liked: breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: no hot tub. $100.00 for dogs. non refundable is ridiculous. one window was facing the roof. other window was blocked by wall and bushes. no view for price. staff for breakfast was very nice and hard working.

Just what we needed at...

Liked: We liked the little bar with the take out menu for dinner. It was perfect for tired travelers like us with no transportation. The bed was excellent and the suite with couch was roomy. The breakfast had many choices and meet all our needs. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport was fast and left on time with a friendly driver. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing except we only had one day to enjoy our stay. We would have loved to stay longer.
