Booked a king size bed but got a queen size. Nobody mentioned this at check-in. When I inquired why this happened I was just told I get whatever is clean first! I asked if the price should get adjusted and then was told kings are the same price as queens - doesn't make sense! Nobody was friendly and the Starbucks in the lobby had a hard time just making a cafe mocha!

Liked: breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: no hot tub. $100.00 for dogs. non refundable is ridiculous. one window was facing the roof. other window was blocked by wall and bushes. no view for price. staff for breakfast was very nice and hard working.

Just what we needed at...

Liked: We liked the little bar with the take out menu for dinner. It was perfect for tired travelers like us with no transportation. The bed was excellent and the suite with couch was roomy. The breakfast had many choices and meet all our needs. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport was fast and left on time with a friendly driver. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing except we only had one day to enjoy our stay. We would have loved to stay longer.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The toilet had a very low flushing mechanism. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced. Outlets in odd places and not accessible. The only wheelchair accessible rooms had only a king bed.
