Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway

I normally stay in Hyatt...

Liked: I liked the convenience of the Location.
Disliked: Staff had no customer service skills. Either put out had to assist, did not answer questions, or to busy on phone to be bothered. Also there is a cleaning fee?? It doesn't show that when you use booking com so again with no explanation, just give me your card and charged a $100 (it is returned to you). Then there was the six dollar bottle of water in the room and the parking fee. It says $7.00, but it is Nine dollars and some odd cents when all said and done, for one night. The bed was like sleeping on a box spring, and not sure when the last time the pillows were switched out. had an odd odor. I write this after staying in a Hyatt Place in Savannah Georgia earlier in the week. I will stay at the Hyatt Place near the Ikea in Memphis which delivered the service I expected and am used to of the brand, from now on when I travel to Memphis.

Disliked: Shouting 10' to end breakfast Like pushing customers

I enjoyed my stay. Definitely...

Liked: Easy access to it, the pool was lovely.
Disliked: Pool hours.

Family 2025 Vacation in Panama...

Liked: The receptionist was great in handling our little problem with wrong date reservation. Booking.com was a tremendous help also. Rooms were big, spacious and clean. Great breakfast also that is included with the booking.
Disliked: Maybe the ice makers were only in 3rd and 5th floor. But, very manageable. Also the $6 1 liter bottle of water in the room. Too expensive.

Not quite worth the price

Liked: The room was a great size and clean. The breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: That there was an extra fee per night for parking that wasn't included in the price. Really annoying!! Plus had to buy a decent pillow for the second night because theirs were pitiful and cause a sleepless night.

Exceptional

Disliked: Was not noted anywhere you had to pay daily parking.
