Could have been better

Liked: Location. Bed was suitable
Disliked: The overt smell of marijuana. The other visitors looking like they were straight out of the ghetto. The extra charge for parking my car in your lot. That is a really nickel and dime cheap hotel move that I did not appreciate considering how much paid just for the room.

Don’t make the same mistake...

Liked: It’s close to target, and an hospital in case of emergency
Disliked: Not clean, room fluffy and could not breath well.Not feel safe and the breakfast was cold and not good at all! Very bad experience will never going to stay in Hyatt hotel again.

Bad

Liked: Everything was dirty. You have to pay for parking. The room had ants. The pool was tiny and too much chlorine. The towels were tiny. The bed was lopsided and sooooooo small. Not a full size bed at all like advertised.

It's not worth staying here.

Liked: I didn't like anything, rooms were dingy and temperature in the rooms were off.
Disliked: Flooding on the first floor the entire time we stayed. I asked for my room to be cleaned and fresh towels, and we received towels. Breakfast was disappointing and cold.We will not be staying here again when we visit Memphis, TN.

Definitely worth it!!

Liked: Comfortable, plenty of room. Customer service was great.
Disliked: That it didn't say it was a card only hotel. I didn't get to enjoy the pool due to closing time on it. Other than that it was a great stay.
