Liked: Breakfast good.
Disliked: That they take a $100.00 on your credit card and still not back in my bank after 6 days.Most hotels/ motels don’t do this it’s returned immediately.

Superb

Great place to stay, luxurious...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, lots of lovely options, much more variety than a usual breakfast buffet and beautifully presented.
Disliked: it would have been great to have room service for late evening food and drink options when we got home from our event.

It served it’s purpose.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast, surely no-one can eat $30 of food in the morning!Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Evening meal of chicken and potatoes was expensive and only luke-warm, disappointing for the price.Access to the hotel is awkward and I got stuck in the service area on the opposite side of the main road with no obvious way to get to the hotel.Traffic noise was quite loud even on the 5th floor.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Liked: excellent breaklfast with wonderfull staff - from ordering breakfast to serving to table very prompt.question weasked the head staff person were answer with enthusiasm . Position of the Hotel was great aswe went to a concert at caribbean park .
Disliked: Nothing we see the motel as value for money considering the buildings facilitys and quality with great staff. Easy to access from a major melbourne highway .Would like to return and spend more time enjoying th facilitys -.breakfast pricing with an excelent product was very good .

Disliked: Staff in restaurant pushed us out when there were not many guests. Wine choices bit basic, but food great

Disliked: Terrible coffee

Disliked: Opted for breakfast at the hotel, very limited to no vegetarian/ vegan options, coffee was from a machine and wasn't good.
