Liked: Everything was fantastic. The hotel is very clean, rooms are modern. You can’t hear the planes at night either.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard.

Overall, a very good experience...
Liked: My husband utilizes a wheelchair as he is paralyzed from the chest down. Our room was very accessible and clean! Large and easy for him to move around and the attachment for the tub allowed him to shower with little assistance.
Disliked: The location of the soaps and shampoo in the bathtub was not easily used by him. Had I not been there he might have been able to reach back behind him to get to them but it would have been very difficult. The bed was very soft and comfortable but if he had been alone it would have been too soft to get out of. Also, the handicap bathroom stall in the lobby area has large gaps in the privacy panels making it not very private at all. Over an inch of space one can easily see if someone is on the toilet.

Liked: Location for airport was great nice little pool rooms very spacious and spotless
Disliked: Staff could have been politer and rooms had no kettles or tea facilities and bar was very exspensive

Liked: We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a great experience — the location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and most of the staff is kind and helpful. However, I wanted to share an issue we encountered with the night front desk staff during our stay, in hopes it can be addressed by management.On our first night, we requested an extra blanket from the woman at the night desk. She responded combatively, insisting there was already an extra in the room. I acknowledged that but explained we needed another. She sighed, clearly annoyed, but did eventually provide it.The following night, my spouse was involved in a bike accident and sustained a knee injury. I went to the same night staff member to ask for a first aid kit. Without hesitation, and with her arms folded, she told me there wasn't one available. I was too overwhelmed by the situation to argue, though I know hotels are legally required to have basic first aid supplies.The next morning at checkout, I informed the front desk that there may be blood on the sheets as a result of us being unable to dress his wound. The woman at the morning desk was kind and helpful. She confirmed they do have a first aid kit on site and asked if we still needed it. I explained the situation and expressed concern about possibly being charged for the sheets. She assured me she would make a note of it.Again, we really enjoy this hotel and plan to return, but I do hope management will look into the conduct of the night staff member working on Friday and Saturday nights. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help guests in need does not reflect the otherwise excellent standard of your hotel.

Excellent stay in a convenient...
Liked: The hotel was very clean, in a great location, with beautiful views of the airport but most of all, it was peaceful. Having breakfast included was very convenient and the staff were very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: Beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable
