Disliked: Property has charged me US$165 more than the final price quoted in booking .com .when I asked while there they said they take 15$/day as incidental and when I left after 11 days they told me they will refund to my card after 10 days and till now after 25 days they haven’t refunded and after sending multiple emails never bothered to reply .

Disliked: TV wouldn’t work. Staff couldn’t fix the problem. They offered to move us but it was too late in the evening .There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bath.We couldn’t regulate the heat.

Ultimately happy with my stay

Liked: Front desk attendant was quick to remedy my problem. My second room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The first room I was put into not only had two different kinds of bugs, it also had someone else's garbage in it. So unacceptable for the price I paid. I called the front desk, explained the situation and was moved to a cleaner room.

Liked: Rooms were good sized with space for myself and 2 teenage kids.
Disliked: Rooms could have been a bit cleaner, there were fingerprint smudges, and overall the decor seemed a bit light for a Hyatt brand. Also, the information on breakfast wasn't accurate, at check in I was told that brekkie was on till 11 but at 1005 I went down and brekkie was being cleaned up with no food available. There was no toiletries pack with the basics in it, which I found odd for an upper middle brand like Hyatt. Also the shower pumps come across a cheap. The pull out sofa was awful was basically sleeping on the springs underneath and could feel the metal bar in the bed the entire time.
