The staff was not prepared...

Liked: The hotel was updated. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We waited in line for an hour to be told that our room wasn’t ready along with many other people waiting in line. We felt that communication from the front desk was very poor. We could’ve been told that our room wasn’t ready instead of waiting in a line with a bunch of people in 90° weather. We ended up being late to our event, and had to get dressed and changed in the hotel lobby with other people. Breakfast ended at 9 AM so we didn’t get to eat anything. There were no extra blankets in our room that came with a sofa bed so the people on the sofa bed didn’t have blankets. Very disappointed with the amount of money we spent to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Very clean, nice room. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The pool was small and disappointed that it didn’t have a hot tub. There were lots of kids that took over the pool area.
