Bed was a dream (!) to sleep on, and we had a nice view of the street from our room. I will look for a Hyatt when I travel.

Very bad staff service

Disliked: Staff service, We check in at 3 pm and they take us like no show, the next day we have no housekeeping service and some new hosts were into our room.The breakfast and reception staff is always angry!
