Hyatt Place Madison Downtown

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Service / check in / finding the hotel.

Bed was a dream (!) to sleep on, and we had a nice view of the street from our room. I will look for a Hyatt when I travel.

Liked: Breakfasts were very good. Location near the Capitol building and many restaurants was a plus. Staff were very friendly.

Liked: The stag was the best! Especially Forrest! He was so kind. Every person there was so cheerful and pleasant!
Disliked: The only suggestion I would have would be to have better/more signs to indicate where the exit is in the parking ramp. This is do minor, but it would be helpful. Took us a bit to figure out how to exit.

Liked: We have stayed before and will probably go back. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very nice.
Disliked: It was a little cramped at breakfast and food was a little sparse.

Disliked: I didn’t like the extra charge to park my car. I think that should have been included in the price for the room.

Liked: breakfast, big room, big windows in the room, location within the city
Disliked: the pool was small and I don't think that the filter was running - the water wasn't moving if no one was in it! that can't be healthy. We did not end up going in.
