Disliked: While not necessarily the hotels fault, we were evacuated at 1130pm with the fire alarm, gas leak, for an hour, Cold shower in morning, could have compensated a bit off already expensive bill

Unexpected delight

Liked: Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Lubbock this hotel provided the best quality for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The coffee served at breakfast was very subpar, but if that's the worst I could come up with that tells you something about how excellent my stay was.
