Not our first choice, but...

Liked: Need more H/C parking. We are senior citizens. H/C veterans. You need to add more H/C parking places. A few times we ended up in the overflow across the street. VERY difficult to walk from there on the gravel ADA approved?
Disliked: Why isn't there a microwave in the room. Even a cheap hotel has that. If you made a deal with the local restaurants, at least have a microwave near each ice machine/each floor. I threw out SO much food purchased locally. Waste.

Travel with friends to visited...

Liked: The hotel overall was excellent, the service was friendly and hospitable, the bkfast was great a lot of choices.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Disappointed I had to pay...

Liked: Clean and helpful staff
Disliked: Hotel charges $11/person for breakfast which is the only hotel that does charge during my 26 day trip from Florida to Bar Harbor and back. During trip i've stayed. La Quenta, Hampton Inn and others in that class (same as category as Hyatt Place} Without exception they all provided free breakfast generous breakfast for wife and I. Also unlike all the others there was no microwave included in room nor safe. Impression is hotel is financially distressed and tying to save money.
