Wonderful Hotel near the airport

Liked: We stayed at Hyatt Place in London for one night after a long journey from Australia, and it was exactly what we needed. The location was ideal—very close to the airport, which made everything so convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the front office staff were welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. For a quick stay near the airport, it was pretty much perfect.

Very good

Liked: I liked the room, the arrangement, lights, bathroom. I liked the staff, especially Jessie at reception and the waiters in the restaurant. The food served for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The air conditioning system makes an irritating noise even when its turned off. Evidently, the water has to pass by the room (even when the system is shut off) in order to get to the next room. I am very sensitive to noise and both rooms I tried still had this problem.

Friendly convenient hotel near the...

Liked: Needed a hotel close to Heathrow as we returned to Australia from being in Europe. The hotel was clean, rooms roomy, if a bit dark and the staff were super friendly.
Disliked: I booked this hotel as it had a ‘shuttle’ to the airport. The shuttle didn’t run very often and you had to pay for it (only 6 pounds per person) which I thought was a bit cheeky. So we ended up having to take a Taxi to and from the airport (about 17 pounds).

Convenient for a one night...

Liked: It's a very convenient location for Heathrow. Rooms are spacious and clean. There's a restaurant.
Disliked: Lot of noise in the corridor which isn't great when you need to have an early night.Service very slow in the restaurant - but the food (chicken with lemon and thyme) tasted good. However had really bad food poisoning the next day - can't necessarily blame it on the chicken but I only had a salad at home for lunch.
