A fantastic hotel in a...

Liked: Hotel was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful.Family room was big and breakfast was really nice with great service. Really accommodating for our 2 young children. Excellent location….about 10 minute walk from nearest tube and 20minute walk to tower bridge.
Disliked: Nothing, it exceeded our expectations!

Ok, would stay again if...

Liked: Clean & tidy, no fuss. Easy check in/out. Decent cafes/ restaurants in immediate vicinity and tube station also very close, walkable distance.
Disliked: Bar service downstairs was slow and roof top terrace/bar wasn’t open at all during our stay - which was in mid July which is surely high season in London

Average, not the worst place...

Liked: Breakfast was good and reception staff were freindly
Disliked: All of our bedding was damp and uncomfortable, but by the time we got to the room we didn't want the hassle of having it changed, also there was a green flashing light on the smoke alarm right above the bed which kept my wife awake for hours. We didn't like the hotel location as the street it was on stunk of raw sewage!

Liked: Room was a good size and the large bed excellent
Disliked: I extended our stay by a day but wasn't aware we had to reset our keys for the extended day and caused us to be barred from using the lift.
