Comfortable, clean, suprisingly quiet!

Liked: Super clean room, very comfortable and clean and friendly, helpful staff upon checkin

Great stay

Liked: We had a great stay in the hotel, huge room, new hotel, great view! Hotel is walking distance to Tower of London (15 min) and tube station is very close so you can reach other parts of the city quite easy.
Disliked: Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Breakfast makes feel like they're...

Liked: - Pleasant lobby for working, relaxing and drinking coffee.- Cleanliness and condition of the rooms.- Bathrooms are modern in design and large.
Disliked: - The breakfast is disastrously organized: The breakfast room is far too small even when the hotel is half full. You sit like a chicken in a battery cage. Before you can have breakfast, you have to wait at least 10 minutes to get to the battery cage (breakfast room). You are also not allowed to take your breakfast into the completely oversized lobby, as it could get dirty. The selection of breakfast dishes is more like a 2 continental breakfast from a US motel and never on Hyatt standard.- Air and ventilation in rooms: It's a shame that you can't open the window at anytime in any of the rooms. So you can't provide fresh air yourself. Air conditioning is loud, outdated and the air is extremely unpleasant. At times you have the feeling that you are suffocating.- the staff: It is dedicated and committed, But overlooks important things like birthdays.All in all, I have to say that I have never stayed in a Hyatt at such an unpleasant price.
