Enjoyable family getaway

Liked: Staff were very nice and accomodating. The room meet our expectations.
Disliked: we had to keep asking for 2 extra towels as there were 5 people in the room and they kept leaving 3.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious. Property in need of remodeling

Quiet, convenient location, accommodations could...

Liked: This property was quiet, in a fantastic location, and everything we could have needed in a hotel. My only issues were the front desk attendant kept disappearing when we needed them (I assume they were working alone. In which case, they should hire more people), and we requested no down pillows (stated allergy), and we still had down pillows in the room. We tried to get new pillows, but no one was available to take our request. So we just swapped some pillows around and it was okay. Overall a really fantastic place to stay. I appreciated the listed quiet hours, and the breakfast was great too.

Great experience. Would come back

Liked: Great selection and plenty tables for guest. Staff was restocking as needed.
Disliked: Check in staff were pre occupied with personal conversation when first arrived. Had to wait for them to finish their conversation
