A nice hotel

Liked: Check-in/check-out process was smooth. I liked how cozy the room was. I also was not feeling well and called the front desk at 2 am, to send up bottled waters. The staff was very accommodating and I appreciate that. Breakfast was good with a variety.
Disliked: The elevator from the parking garage to go down to the hotel was not working and wouldn't come up. I had luggage and couldn't take the stairs. I had to take a long walk to another elevator that was for another hotel down, then walk past that hotel to get to the lobby for the hotel that was mine.. Also, need more exit signs and arrows in the parking garage because there were no clear signs...exit this way...or exit with pointing arrows. Unnecessary time was taken, to figure out which way I needed to go to exit.

Liked: We liked the location, the breakfast and the rooms.
Disliked: This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. We are groups of 14/15 people at the time.We were there in May and we had problems with being charged twice for some rooms and not releasing the incidentals.We gave them a second chance this time and we very greeted very poorly, and they said the that the rooms were not paid in advance. The rooms were paid, and we had to show them the receipts of the hotel to the hotel to prove it.In the morning another problem. Breakfast not included and they start to charge until we show them that it was clearly said in the receipt that it was included.Now we hope everyone will get their incidentals without delays.Unfortunately, we cannot give them another chance with our next groups.

Disliked: Staff could care less. Zero hospitality. No smile. Checked in with a woman in no uniform and wearing jeans! Any question asked was answered indifferently and acted annoyed. Not what I expected from a Hyatt branded hotel. Will never stay here again.
