The perfect place to stay...

Liked: Convenient to the airport and I-15. Decent breakfast with nicely cooked sausage, eggs, oatmeal, yogurts and several bread options.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Disliked: I didn't like that I had to leave notes to housekeeping regarding cups, toilet paper and having to fill the soaps. I thought that they would always check these items. Hopefully when I stay there this year it will be better.Thanks

You guys exceeded our expectations...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, great food choices, eggs, sausage, potatoes were hot , bread and cereal choices were excellent, great selection of fruit, coffee and juices.

Don't waste your money.

Liked: Location is good. Not too far from the strip.
Disliked: I stayed here previously in February with a much better experience. This more recent stay was sub standard. The water in the shower was not hot (think tepid) and the sink leaked underneath. The windows had a strange settling/rattling sound. I had requested a top floor room and the receptionist said she could fulfill this. When I get up there, I find it is one floor below the top floor. Staff are extremely cold and unpleasant. I left one day early and ate the remaining amount. I don't see current management lasting much longer.

Nice hotel. Stay was affected...

Liked: The room was very nice and the location quiet.
Disliked: I arrived a day late. They charged one night to reserve the room and then the full charge on one credit card. When I arrived the next day they charged the full amount to my other credit card. To date (5 days after leaving the hotel) I have not been refunded the over charge.
