Very good

Liked: The saltwater pool was amazing! Loved the room, the view, breakfast, and hospitality!
Disliked: The pool area could use an update, most of the lounge chairs were unusable. No fuel in the fireplace.

Sunday morning checkout..AWFUL!!

Liked: Property was beautiful! Breakfast was very good! Room was lovely. Location was wonderful!
Disliked: When I checked out Sunday around 830am the young woman at the front was MISERABLE! Didn't smile...didn't ask me if I enjoyed my stay...looked completely uninterested in me or anyone else...didn't smile..NEVER even looked at me! Looked like she HATED being there! NOT impressed! It's a good thing your hotel is lovely and located well otherwise I will WALK across to the Fairfield!!

Disliked: Check-in guest receptionist was telling me I had to pay $10 to park across the street in public parking for the shopping area. She said it was a hotel policy that they charge $10 wherever I parked. I got a little defensive. She took off the charge. She doesn’t like her job.

Great place for adults to...

Liked: I read a bad review and almost didn't book here. I'm so glad I took the chance. Sure, there are expensive waters in your room, but there is water offered at breakfast as well as drinking fountains. Speaking of, the breakfast was satisfactory for the style, higher quality than other hotels "free" breakfasts. While sad there was no hot tub, the saltwater pool was quite nice and the gym looked quality.

Comfortable, clean but terrible attitude...

Liked: This hotel is super clean and very nice! We loved our room as it was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk while checking in and checking out were super rude. Both women upon check in and checking out were so cold and incredibly short. I had to ask about parking and the one that checked us in gave us the weekend times for breakfast when we were there on a weekday so we missed it. Then the woman at check out gave me some long speech about how they don’t have FREE coffee after 9am and now I had to pay for it. When all I asked was coffee over along with breakfast. I would have loved the stay at this hotel but the staff was so rude I’m not sure I would go back. Really unfortunate cause our favorite restaurant is right across the street!
