Superb

Good

Liked: Liked that we could get a coffee at any time. Room was spacious.
Disliked: There is no cable. Must be able to stream on your own and sync with the tv. Not a major turn off but was a little frustrating as I don't keep streaming options on my phone. Also, the location of the hotel is not in a high traffic area nor is it in a big city location but we still had to pay for parking. Even in the very large and not at all full parking lot that is available to patrons. Not a fan of that.

Disliked: Staff is unbelievably incompetent and unfriendly, with an “I could care less” attitude. Charging $10 a night to park in a public parking lot is ridiculous, as is the $6.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room.

Great value for the price....

Liked: We have stayed at this Hyatt a couple of times. Easy and quick check-in. A clean and well stocked hotel. Located in a clean and safe part of East Lansing. Many restaurants and shopping near.
Disliked: The only thing we don't like about the rooms are the sliding glass doors on the bathroom. They are hard to latch and not great when you take kids along. Turning on a bathroom light makes the whole hotel room light up because of the glass door.Also, while the breakfast was always good, it does seem to lack variety.
